Shipping Methods

iGearUSA.com is pleased to announce the offering of FREE Shipping on all orders. We use a custom shipping software that calculates the best shipper based on your address, if you want a tracking number, and timeframe from delivery. 

We deliver your package through international couriers like Air Mail, Registered Air Mail, EMS, Fedex, UPS and DHL. Customers can choose the shipping method they like. Friendly reminder: if your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem.

*Free Shipping is only applicable for AIR MAIL, and DOES NOT apply to expedited shipping.

Shipping Carrier
Air Mail: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 7-20 business days from the day they are shipped.  Note: There is no tracking number for air mail.
Registered Air Mail: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 7-20 business days from the day they are shipped.
EMS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 5-15 business days from the day they are shipped.
Fedex: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
DHL: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.

Shipping Confirmation
If you selected free shipping, you will not get a tracking number.  You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has shipped, but you will not be able to track the package.  If you selected the tracking number, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.  Tracking numbers can be tracked only after they are entered into the carrier tracking system, usually at the end of each business day.

Cutoff Times & Shipping Dates
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends, and holidays). All orders are shipped Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Orders received after 8 a.m. (CST) will be processed on the next business day. Shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday and/or holidays, which means all orders placed after 8 A.M. on Friday will be shipped within 24-48 hours that following Monday. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.

Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are slightly higher and can be found during the checkout process.

Other Shipping Information
If you receive free shipping on an order (during special promotions) and return any item(s) from the order, you will be charged (amount will be deducted from your refund) a $1.99 flat shipping and handling fee.

From time to time we may expand or limit our shipping options due to order volume. On First Class orders we also may upgrade the shipping (at our expense) to meet the 4-8 business day delivery guarantee.

iGearUSA.com will not be held responsible for packages left outside a residence if signature service is not requested in the "Comments Section" during checkout or if the customer has a signature release on file with UPS or FedEx.

Refused Packages and Undeliverable Packages: Customers will be charged a service fee for the following:

  • Refused packages
  • Undeliverable packages due to incomplete or incorrect address information
  • Re-shipment of packages returned to us

Weather-related shipping delays
On rare occassions, deliveries to certain areas are delayed or suspended completely due to adverse weather activity. This is particularly true during Winter months. We are very sorry for the inconvenience these delays may cause. We hope you will understand that occasionally shipments may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Please note the we will not provide shipping refunds due to weather related delays outside our control.
